Love a good ruffle…
… and a good summer bag. So about a month ago me and Heidy went to Six Flags, where we spent the day on roller coasters. Actually, we spent the day on exactly 6 of them because I got pretty sick from the rides (is this what almost 30 is?) but that’s besides the point. ANYWAY, I had lathered up in SPF but must have missed a part of my foot, and that part got completely burned, to the point where it looked like a bad bruise. You can actually still see the burn on my foot, which is insane, because it’s been awhile. The struggle is real for us pale girls. Speaking of almost being 30, I’ve started using retinol cream in my skincare regimen. Although I have extremely sensitive skin, I’ve been easing into it very, very slowly. Even more of a reason to stay out of the sun!
I just got this top recently, and it’s been my summer go-to. It’s super light and affordable, and goes easily from day to night – and I’ve been pairing it with this cute summer bag. I’ve also been living in these white shorts that I snagged from Marshall’s. I ran in really quickly to pick up something and actually found them in the Juniors section for under $15. Twenty-nine going on nineteen.
